Job summary

Nicolet National Bank seeks a Trust Client Associate to support the Trust Officers in daily account administration and office tasks. You’ll handle account maintenance, statements, and tax-related duties while serving as a reliable client contact.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of admin experience and strong communication, problem solving, and integrity. This role emphasizes confidentiality and compliance within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years administrative experience preferred but not required.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned accounts in accordance with governing instruments, division, and company policies.
• Assist Trust Officers in daily administration and provide office support.
• Prepare statements and reports as requested.
• Handle account payments on behalf of grantor/beneficiary.
• Provide back-up administration and client contact as needed.
• Assist with fiduciary and personal tax returns and estimated payments.
• Represent Nicolet Wealth Services and the Trust Division to maintain business relationships.
• Attend bank/Wealth Services meetings and assist with trust sales projects or communications.
