Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an active support professional to assist Investment Relationship Managers in sales, processing and client service within the Investment Sales unit.

The role involves coordinating meetings, preparing proposals, managing file flow and supporting business development activities with existing clients and new prospects, while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to four years of investment industry experience preferred.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, 63 registrations and life, variable life, health and disability licenses required or preferred.
• SIE at a minimum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, processing, operational, administrative and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers of U.S. Bancorp Investment Sales.
• Assist in business development, including meetings with prospects, contacting clients, and coordinating marketing campaigns and joint initiatives.
