Responsibilities

• Draft client communications under guidance from Advisor
• Prepare presentations for existing clients
• Anticipate client and Advisor needs and resolve issues with guidance
• Maintain accounts from setup to closing and alert Advisor of changes
• Assist Advisors with client annual reviews and account exceptions
• Maintain routine service and calling activities
