Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls (e.g., schedule follow-up calls with FAs/PWAs/teams).
  • Manage calendar and coordinate meetings with logistics and Zoom credentials.
  • Maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and handle reimbursements.
  • Assist with general in-office tasks (copying, filing, scanning).
  • Prepare and submit expense reports as directed by FA/PWA.
  • Participate in firm initiatives, training, education programs, or other duties by local management.
