Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Willingness to obtain Series 7/66/63/65 licenses as applicable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative coverage for a FA/PWA/team including scheduling calls and meetings.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings with logistics and Zoom credentials.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports; manage reimbursements.
  • Perform general in-office support tasks (copying, filing, scanning).
  • Submit expense reports as directed by FA/PWA.
  • Participate in training and special projects as assigned by management.
