Responsibilities

• Move money into/out of brokerage accounts via electronic funds transfer systems.
• Verify documents and approvals to ensure proper funding and recordkeeping.
• Process retirement distributions accurately and timely.
• Maintain and monitorPeriodic Investment Plans and Systematic Withdrawal Plans.
• Handle check and stock certificate deposits for Broker/Dealer and ensure compliance deadlines.
• Provide reports and statistics to management and resolve discrepancies with field teams.
