Qualifications

• Associate degree or BS/BA is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of banking/client service experience.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Adapts quickly in dealing with an ever-changing banking environment.

• Knowledge of the Fifth Third banking systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works under the guidance of the Private Banker to ensure the Private Banking client experience is delivered.
• Ensures service standards and metrics are met based on client banking needs.
• Takes ownership for resolving client banking issues and notifies Private Banker of status/resolution.
• Assists Private Bankers in the administration of client relationships.
• May act as primary contact for the administrative needs of Private Banking clients.
• Identifies opportunities and cross-sells basic banking products and services to assigned clients.
• Participates in the Life360 Process as requested.
• Delivers high level of service while adhering to bank policies and regulations.
• Coordinates with internal partners (call center, funding desk, underwriting, etc.).
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment.
