Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Specialist II - Wealth Registered Client Service Assistant to serve as a liaison between clients, Financial Advisors, and back-office teams in the Richmond/Fredericksburg/Charlottesville area and Virginia Beach. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding client experiences, maintaining brokerage and direct accounts, and accurate file management.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), at least five years in financial services

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some higher education coursework preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial services supporting a Financial Advisor.
• FINRA registrations to include Series 7 and 63 and Virginia Life & Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients, Financial Advisors, and back-office operations.
• Maintain and service client needs for brokerage and direct accounts.
• Communicate with teammates and others to exchange information and provide customer service.
• Establish and update department and client files and records.
• Prepare reports and correspondence; perform moderate calculations as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
