Job summary

Atlantic Union Financial Consultants LLC is seeking a Specialist II - Wealth Registered Client Service Assistant to support Financial Advisors and back-office operations in the Richmond area (Richmond-Fredericksburg-Charlottesville-VA Beach region).

You will maintain client files, service brokerage and direct accounts, and help prepare reports and communications while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Strong computer skills and excellent interpersonal abilities are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some higher education coursework preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial services supporting a Financial Advisor.
• FINRA registrations to include Series 7 and 63 and State VA Life/Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer receives outstanding client experience.
• Maintain and service client needs for brokerage and direct accounts.
• Communicate with teammates and others to exchange information.
• Establish, maintain and update department/client files and records.
• Compile data and perform moderate mathematical calculations for reports.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned and may be changed or redesigned.
