Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a Managing Director to lead a growing team of financial advisors while continuing your own client practice. You will recruit, mentor and develop high-performing advisors, shape strategy, and drive long-term growth within a trusted, long-standing firm.

You’ll leverage the firm’s 175+ years of history, maintain client relationships, and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
