Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding by preparing and processing paperwork
• Schedule client meetings and develop materials to explain financial concepts
• Observe client meetings to learn relationship-building
• Participate in follow-up tasks including documentation, research and solution development
• Contribute ideas to improve client service and business development
• Support client service activities, including account maintenance and money movement processes
• Use planning software and CRM to assist with plan development and data management
• Assist with data entry, plan modeling and compiling deliverables
• Collaborate with team on special projects and initiatives
