Job Description:

This role involves working with Financial Advisor teams to deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying strategic investment opportunities, analyzing data to develop financial plans, and fostering internal relationships. The role requires knowledge of estate and gift taxes, philanthropy, trust structures, insurance, income tax planning, and investment management, along with a thorough understanding of the bank's solutions, platforms, and initiatives. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, which includes registering with the federal registry system, completing background checks, and maintaining good standing. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary actions, including termination.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage extensive financial data to identify solutions that meet client needs and goals.
  2. Schedule, prepare for, and attend client meetings to review plans, capture changes, and discuss next steps.
  3. Maintain and update client information in planning tools regularly.
  4. Collaborate with specialists and partners to address client needs and deliver solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Series 7, 63/65, or 66 licenses, or equivalent; must obtain all relevant state registrations.
  • SAFE ACT Registration and ADV-2B required.
  • CFP or CPWA designation, or maintaining at least one firm-approved designation.
  • Strong client experience delivery skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Superior relationship management skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop strategies.
  • Sound decision-making abilities based on financial planning best practices.
  • Ability to understand client needs and articulate suitable solutions.
