Financial Integrators is seeking a detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our Paraplanning team in a hybrid Joplin office. You’ll support advisors and clients by preparing client meeting materials, tracking action items, and ensuring inquiries are resolved with precision and care.

You will learn our operational workflows, assist with administrative tasks, monitor cash flow and transaction activity, and contribute to continuous improvement while delivering exceptional service to individuals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, certification, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong client service mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Licensing is not required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client meeting materials, ensuring advisors have data and docs at hand.
• Coordinate and track post-meeting follow-up tasks with high detail.
• Collaborate across teams to move action items forward from concept to completion.
• Learn and assist with administrative workflows to keep the practice running smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation within the paraplanning team.
• Analyze historical and projected transactions for client reviews and cash flow needs.
• Maintain data integrity in systems to keep client roadmaps up to date.
• Resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support team growth by sharing knowledge and assisting during peaks.
• Stay current on financial services trends and compliance requirements.
