Based in Joplin, MO, this hybrid role offers collaboration across an advisory team and strong growth opportunities in a wealth management environment.

The Paraplanner will master operational workflows, analyze cash flow, and deliver exceptional client service while contributing to continuous improvement and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, certification, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong client service mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Licensing is not required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive agendas for client meetings, ensuring advisors have the necessary data and documentation at hand.
• Coordinate and track post-meeting follow-up tasks with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate across internal teams to move action items from concept to completion.
• Learn the firm’s operational workflows and assist with administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and documentation within the Paraplanning team.
• Analyze historical and projected transactions for client review meetings, and manage cash-flow requests.
