  • Coordinate with advisors and team members to facilitate a seamless client experience.
  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
  • Maintain planning files and client information with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Partner closely with advisors and leadership to support client goals.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Our Financial Services client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Paraplanner to join our growing financial planning and wealth management practice. This role plays an integral part in supporting financial advisors and delivering an exceptional client experience through thoughtful planning, operational excellence, and collaboration.

The Paraplanner will support advisors by gathering and analyzing financial information, preparing comprehensive financial plans, conducting research and analyses, and assisting with the implementation of planning recommendations. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with clear communication, attention to detail, ownership of responsibilities, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the financial planning profession.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required
  • One to three years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, banking, or a related financial services role.
  • Experience with eMoney financial planning software.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting financial advisors in a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) or wealth management environment.
