Job summary

Citizens Bank is hiring a Wealth Ops Specialist for its Wealth Contact Center in Rhode Island. You will deliver world-class service, help open/maintain brokerage accounts, and assist with trades and money movements.

You’ll collaborate with Financial Advisors and internal teams to support clients’ financial goals. You will deepen product knowledge across Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Annuities and apply strong communication and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bank/financial services customer service experience.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment with good time management.
• Ability to analyze, solve problems and make independent decisions.
• Interest in Wealth Management and Investment Products.
• Completed high school degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Field a variety of incoming customer calls with a passion to deliver high quality solutions.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with a Financial Advisor to review needs and goals.
• Gain knowledge of Wealth Management Investment products to handle inquiries with increasing complexity.
