Qualifications

• 1+ years of general office experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record checks, securities and coupons and ensure correct credit to accounts; transmit checks daily to Minneapolis; notify Financial Advisor/Client Associate of receipts.
• Enter syndicate tickets promptly with required documentation and approvals.
• Correct trade-related errors by cancelling and rebilling per policy.
• Perform general office duties including mail handling and correspondence.
