Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Series 7, 8 (or 9/10) and 66 (or 63/65) and Insurance licenses required for each state in complex.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across multiple branches. Partner with recruiting in staffing, own hiring and training, coaching staff.
• Manage Complex Operations Team and ensure policies are followed; support compliance inspections and action plans.
• Assess suitability and risk for daily sales activities; ensure staff follow procedures and resolve issues.
• Oversee onboarding of new advisors and training on RBC policies; support advisors to grow their business.
• Serve as contact for Business Supervision Group, Compliance, Surveillance and Legal.
• Collaborate with Complex Director to develop and manage the budget.
