You will mentor advisors, expand client portfolios, and ensure service delivery that reflects WealthBridge's standards and values. The role leverages the firm's resources and brand to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in financial services or wealth management with a personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
