WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a Managing Director to lead and grow our team of financial advisors. This PLAYER/COACH role blends a thriving personal practice with active leadership to drive client growth and service excellence.

You will mentor advisors, expand client portfolios, and ensure WealthBridge standards are reflected in every client interaction, leveraging firm resources to scale the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
