WealthBridge Financial Group seeks an experienced Managing Director to lead and grow our team of financial advisors while maintaining a thriving personal practice. This PLAYER/COACH role emphasizes mentoring, client relationships, and executing strategic growth initiatives.

You will expand client portfolios, ensure service excellence, and drive WealthBridge’s standards and values across the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention and comprehensive financial planning.
• Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of financial advisors and maintain a thriving personal practice.
