Trustmark Bank is seeking a Director of Wealth Market Development to lead a client-facing Wealth Advisory team, drive revenue growth, and expand brand presence. You will shape market growth strategies and a scalable delivery model for wealth planning, aligning internal and external stakeholders to deliver superior client experiences.

This senior role requires a proven sales/management track record in wealth management, strong judgment, and effective collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with 12 years of Wealth Management sales and service experience, or an advanced degree with 10 years.
• Proven track record of excellence in sales production and/or management within a wealth management business.
• Strong judgment and ability to make decisions and guide others to fulfill decision requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal and cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking abilities.
• Commitment to integrity, fiduciary responsibility, and client-first service.
• Propensity to achieve high client service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Wealth Advisory team to promote productivity, engagement, and strategic goals.
• Develop and execute a scalable growth plan to increase Wealth Management AUM.
• Drive market sales and revenue goals through new and existing client acquisition and retention.
• Lead development of Wealth messaging and sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Wealth Advisory team.
• Oversee Advisory team to meet service and activity targets.
• Ensure pricing discipline and profitability on fiduciary client relationships.
• Maintain visibility to educate and build brand awareness within the firm.
