Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate within the Wealth Management Business Transformation Office to support end-to-end delivery of strategic programs that impact client experiences and perceptions of the firm.

You will work with partners and stakeholders across front, middle, and back office, manage one or more workstreams, develop practical solutions, and deliver presentations to senior leadership with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Understanding of client and advisor wealth management processes (front, middle, back office).
• Autonomy, self-motivation and ownership mentality.
• Forge relationships and build a firm-wide network.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player on high-priority, time-sensitive initiatives.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in programs.
• Proven ability to contribute to large-scale, complex programs (planning, designing, documenting, communicating).
• Strong slide deck and analytical skills (Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Maintain a positive attitude and team orientation during demanding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and analyze problem statements and translate into tangible solutions.
• Review and develop detailed operating model for business transformation.
• Leverage understanding of wealth management processes (front, middle, back office).
• Own one to multiple workstreams including assessment, planning, PM, execution and evaluation.
• Analyze and develop alternative solutions for decisioning.
• Influence program and workstream partners & stakeholders.
• Create and deliver comprehensive presentations for senior leadership with limited supervision.
