Qualifications

• 10+ years leading strategic initiatives, transformations, or complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience within wealth management, investments, or investment platform delivery.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Expertise in strategic execution, dependency management, organizational alignment, and executive governance.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and practical use of AI to boost productivity and outcomes.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including C-suite materials.
• SDLC and business-to-technology delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of a complex, multi-year transformation spanning multiple lines of business and functions.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, measurable outcomes, and delivery commitments.
• Drive accountability and execution discipline across diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Serve as the connective tissue across Investments, Product, Technology, and Operations.
• Lead resolution of cross-functional dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and competing priorities.
• Build alignment across teams to accelerate decision-making and execution.
• Create executive-ready reporting and strategic narratives for leadership reviews.
• Translate complex program execution, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs into concise narratives.
• Develop data-driven materials highlighting business impact and required leadership actions.
• Ensure communications are concise, visually compelling, and action-focused.
• Partner with Investments and Product leaders to align platform capabilities with investment workflows.
