Job summary

BMO Financial Group seeks a technology leader for Wealth Management to guide architecture, development, and modernization across enterprise platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, drive standards for security and operational excellence, and ensure delivery of high-value payments, data, and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer Science).
5+ years experience in Technology Leadership related roles, with a focus on Wealth Management domain.
10+ overall experience in IT roles, from developer to leadership.
Experience with AWS cloud stack, microservices, APIs, AI integrations.
Willingness to act as individual contributor and people manager if needed.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, development, modernization, and lifecycle management of enterprise technology platforms.
Drive the technology strategy, roadmap, and execution plans aligned to business priorities.
Oversee integration and data platform improvements, including vendor solutions.
Ensure high availability, resiliency, and performance for mission-critical applications.
Lead data analytics and executive reporting initiatives.
