Job summary

BMO Harris Bank is seeking a Technology Leader to guide architecture, development, modernization, and lifecycle management of enterprise platforms within Wealth Management. You will drive strategy, establish best practices, mentor teams, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across data, integration, and governance domains to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role requires Wealth Management domain expertise, 5+ years in technology leadership, and a track record of delivering end-to-end

Qualifications

Wealth Management experience is required.
5+ years in technology leadership roles, with Wealth Management focus.
10+ years overall experience in development to leadership.
Experience delivering end-to-end product implementations (design to delivery).
Experience with AWS, microservices, API integration and data engineering.
Both individual contributor and people-manager capabilities possible.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, development, modernization, and lifecycle of platforms.
Translate requirements into technical specifications and oversee design.
Drive integration across the enterprise with security and data standards.
Lead data-driven solutions, ETL, reporting, and analytics for Wealth Management.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and risk management.
Collaborate with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
