Job summary

D.A. Davidson is offering a paid Wealth Management Summer Internship designed to immerse students in the financial services industry. You will work alongside seasoned Financial Advisors, gaining hands-on experience while supporting client needs and team projects.

The program runs 9 weeks with a minimum 25 hours per week, including a Seattle office immersion week and optional SIE licensing sponsorship during the internship.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least sophomore year of college before June 2027.
• Strong academic performance and professional drive.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, teamwork and service skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Background, reference and credit check satisfactory.
• Must commit to the duration of the program.
• Live within local area or have pre-existing arrangements to live nearby; no moving assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the financial services industry by working directly with Financial Advisors and other professionals.
• Collaborate on projects that support Advisors and clients.
• Observe daily operations of Wealth Management offices and attend leadership sessions.
• Study for the FINRA SIE exam with sponsorship if completed during the program.
