Job summary

D.A. Davidson Companies in the United States offers a Wealth Management Summer Internship Program that is paid and runs for 9 weeks with a minimum of 25 hours per week. You will be placed in a branch office to observe and contribute to the daily work of financial advisors and their clients.

The program includes hands-on projects and an immersive Seattle corporate week, plus sponsorship to sit for the FINRA SIE exam if completed during the program.

Qualifications

• Students must have completed at least sophomore year of college prior to June 2027.
• Demonstrated strong academic performance and professional drive.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, teamwork, and service skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Background, reference, and credit check satisfactory.
• Ability to commit to the duration of the program.
• Live within the local area or have arrangements to do so; no moving assistance.

Responsibilities

• Develop wealth-management skills while supporting Financial Advisors and clients.
• Collaborate on projects that assist advisors in serving investor needs.
• Attend sessions and observe the operation of a branch office.
