Job summary

D.A. Davidson offers a Wealth Management Summer Internship designed to give students a hands-on introduction to the financial services industry.

You will work directly with experienced Financial Advisors and other professionals, observing day-to-day client activity and supporting projects for real client needs. The program runs for 9 weeks with a minimum of 25 hours per week, includes a sponsored SIE exam prep and testing, and a mid-summer trip to our Seattle corporate office for leadership

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least sophomore year of college prior to June 2027.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Background, reference, and credit check satisfactory.
• Ability to commit to the duration of the program.
• Demonstrated strong academic performance and professional drive.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, teamwork, and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in wealth management activities under guidance of Financial Advisors.
• Collaborate on projects supporting Advisors and clients.
• Develop skills in wealth management through hands-on learning.
• Attend an immersive week with senior leadership in Seattle.
