Qualifications

• Sophomore or higher status by June 2027.
• Strong academic performance and professional drive.
• Analytical, leadership, communication, teamwork, and service skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background, reference, and credit checks acceptable; ability to commit for 9 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Financial Advisors and other professionals to learn the financial services industry.
• Collaborate on projects supporting Advisors and clients.
• Attend immersive week in Seattle with leadership and department heads.
• Study for the FINRA SIE exam; licensing sponsorship offered if completed during the program.
