Job summary

TeamLease Digital Global seeks a Consulting Leader / Client Partner to head the Asset & Wealth Management practice, working directly with C-suite executives to steer high-impact engagements and define transformation agendas.

You will shape data modernization, analytics, and AI programs, drive client growth, and represent senior leadership in key client interactions across delivery and managed services teams.

Responsibilities

• Practice Growth: Contribute to firm-wide leadership by expanding the Asset Management vertical with differentiated and scalable offerings.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic thought partner to senior executives and CXOs; shape and drive data modernization, analytics, and AI strategies.
• Client Engagement: Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and proactively identify client needs and opportunities.
• Leadership: Represent the firm's senior leadership in client interactions and collaborate across delivery, consulting, and managed services teams.
• Team & Capability Development: Mentor, recruit, and develop project leads and consultants; contribute to culture and knowledge initiatives.
