• Source experienced Financial Representatives and wealth management recruits across the country.
• Travel nationwide to meet recruits and partner with field leaders on strategies.
• Attend events and network to execute warm sourcing activities.
• Collaborate on recruiting programs, offerings, and go-to-market content.
• Deploy education programs and facilitate recruiting upskill meetings.
• Partner with internal and external teams as an Experienced Financial Services recruiting expert.
• Contribute to recruitment content creation and strategy.
• Brainstorm ideas to attract Experienced Financial Services Reps to Guardian network firms.
• Collaborate with business teams on projects and programs.
