Job summary

The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking a Park Avenue Wealth Management Team Leader to guide, coach and develop a high-performing frontline team in the Contact Center. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive service excellence, and partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives while adhering to compliance and security requirements.

This role reports to the Head of Park Avenue Wealth Management Service and Third-Party Technology.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in high-touch customer service or operations.
• Strong retirement and/or wealth management knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing wealth management service team.
• Drive service excellence, customer experience, and adherence to compliance.
• Monitor schedule adherence and analyze root causes of escalations.
• Manage recruitment and annual performance review processes.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and budget management.
