Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase seeks a Private Client Investment Associate to provide client service and operational support to Private Client Advisors within Wealth Management in New York. You will handle account openings, trades, and wealth planning support, while upholding risk controls and regulatory standards.

Requires active Series 7 (or within 120 days), SIE, Series 66, and Life & Health licenses within 120 days. Benefits include a comprehensive rewards package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 license required or to be obtained within 120 days of employment.
• If registered after Oct 1, 2018, must have active SIE exam.
• Active Series 66 (63/65) and Life & Health Insurance licenses within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors book of business with account openings, money movement and trades.
• Build and maintain client relationships; handle requests and inquiries for wealth planning.
• Assist in relationship/account reviews and prepare performance reports.
• Engage in risk management, Know Your Customer procedures and account reviews.
• Support regulatory/compliance forms and documentation.
• Prioritize daily work and meet deadlines; maintain team culture.
