Job summary

First Foundation Advisors is seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the full-time Wealth Management Portfolio Operations Manager position at our Irvine, CA location. The role focuses on project management for deploying a new portfolio operations technology suite and ongoing PA operations including reconciliation, pricing, and client reporting.

The position has supervisory responsibilities and requires a strong background in investment management operations, with extensive use

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in investment management operations.
• General knowledge of investment management and finance; familiarity with security types.

Responsibilities

• Lead Portfolio Accounting (PA) on project teams during conversions/implementations.
• Collaborate to define business requirements, success criteria, resources and risks; deliver on schedule.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to resolve PA-related issues.
• Design and maintain Portfolio Accounting workflows.
