First Foundation Advisors is seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the full-time Wealth Management Portfolio Operations Manager position at our Irvine, CA location. The role focuses on project management to implement a new portfolio operations tech suite and ongoing PA operations leadership.

Requirements include 7–10 years in investment management operations, proficiency with Advent/Orion/Bloomberg, strong MS Office and data skills, and the ability to supervise a PA team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in investment management operations.
• Proficiency with Advent, Orion, Bloomberg or similar systems.
• Strong MS Office skills and data management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead PA project team for conversions/implementations of new portfolio operations tech.
• Oversee reconciliation, pricing, and quarterly client reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on workflows and data handling.
