Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and support that exceeds expectations.
• Partner with advisors as the primary operation resource for seamless client experiences.
• Execute actions to establish new accounts or maintain existing accounts accurately and on time.
• Coordinate projects, training, and process improvements to enhance office operations.
• Manage multiple projects with objective oversight and quality control.
• Maintain accurate client information in databases and systems.
• Lead training sessions and mentor team members.
