Job summary

Lenmar Consulting Inc is seeking a temporary Wealth Management Operations Risk & Control professional to support governance and oversight within the Wealth Management Operations Risk & Control Division. The role will help mitigate risk, assist with remediation, and provide reporting for WM Operations Management.

Report to the Wealth Management Operations Director and handle varied tasks to maintain the risk landscape for the POS department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services, risk/ops/audit/compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and management reporting using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of operational risk management, audit practices and governance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting audit coordination, issue remediation, risk reporting.

• Provide governance and oversight for POS adherence to firm policies.
