Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Data Analyst to join Data Intelligence within WCIB Operations. You will turn data into decisions, uncover trends, and translate numbers into actionable narratives that influence strategic decisions across the organization.

You will work with SQL, Alteryx, and DOMO to build dashboards, collaborate with leaders, and deliver analytics that improve operational performance. This role offers high visibility and opportunities to shape enterprise data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, DOMO, SQL, and Excel.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets and uncover insights that drive business decisions.
• Design and develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics tools using SQL, DOMO, and Alteryx.
• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Manage multiple analytics initiatives while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation.
