U.S. Bank is seeking a Project Analyst to provide project and analytical support to an assigned business line. The role involves research, analysis, implementation oversight, and cost analysis to identify savings and improvements.

May supervise project staff as needed. The successful candidate will bring a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5–8 years of experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and solid project management knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to eight years of relatable experience.
• Advanced knowledge of assigned business line or functional area.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Thorough knowledge of project management.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area.
• Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services.
• Acts as a project liaison with other departments.
• Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings.
• Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings.
• May supervise a team of project staff.
