FAIRWINDS Credit Union, headquartered in Orlando, seeks a Wealth Operations Manager to lead a team that supports our Wealth Management division and ensures optimal service and execution for clients.

You will partner with advisors, manage daily workflows, and drive operational excellence while upholding our standards of integrity and client focus. A strong people leader role with development opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or related field.
• Experience leading operations, service, or support teams within financial services or wealth management.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to manage daily operational workflows.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• FINRA Series 7 license preferred, or ability to obtain the SIE and Series 7 within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Wealth Management operational support staff.
• Coordinate workloads, staffing coverage, and daily team priorities.
• Monitor service levels and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
• Partner with advisors and support teams to deliver an exceptional member and client experience.
• Assist with resolution of complex service issues and escalations.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate status updates to leadership.
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, operational controls, and risk management.
• Collaborate with LPL, custodians, vendors, and internal business partners to support department operations.

Wealth Operations Manager

As the Wealth Operations Manager, you'll provide leadership for the team that supports our Wealth Management business, ensuring advisors have the operational resources they need to focus on serving clients while maintaining the highest standards of service, efficiency, and execution. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team of Financial Advisors, influence department performance, and make a meaningful impact on the future growth and success of our Wealth Management division.
