Job summary

Key Wealth Management is offering a 10.5-week Client Support & Experience Internship in Brooklyn, OH. The program focuses on streamlining advisor workflows and building coaching infrastructure to deliver a premium Key Private Bank experience.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a four-year or graduate degree with coursework in wealth management or related fields, show leadership, and maintain a 3.0 GPA. The internship includes exposure to cross-functional teams and hands-on automation projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year degree or graduate-level degree by May 2029 with focused coursework in psychology, philosophy, communications, math, statistics, wealth management, finance, accounting, business, or economics (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through past work experience or extracurricular activities.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in academic coursework.

Responsibilities

• Map and streamline client-experience workflows across Key Private Bank lines to reduce hand-offs and friction.
• Deliver analysis and insights on client-support processes and automation opportunities (e.g., Power Automate, SharePoint).
• Shadow Enablement Team leads and partner with Advisory, Portfolio Management, Trust, and Planning leaders to translate coaching needs into recurring actions.
• Engage in enterprise learning labs and networking events; comply with KeyBank policies and ethics.
