Job summary

The program runs May 26, 2027 – August 6, 2027, with opportunities to engage in a Capstone Group Project addressing real-world industry topics and to build professional relationships within KeyBank.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year or graduate-level degree by May 2029 with focused coursework in finance, accounting, economics, and/or data science.
• Participation in CFP program and CFP exam preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork; minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a KIS Private Client Advisor to gain hands-on experience.
• Participate in client discovery and financial planning activities including data entry and analysis.
• Observe client meetings and assist with basic administrative tasks.
• Develop client relationships and interpersonal communication skills.
• Digitize client files and verify client email information.
• Manage Salesforce book and assist in planning client events.
• Collaborate on a Capstone Group Project addressing real-world topics.
