Job summary

KeyBank invites motivated students to join the Key Investment Services Internship, a structured 10.5-week program in Goshen, IN. You will work alongside a KIS Private Client Advisor, participate in client discovery, financial planning data entry, and analysis, and observe client meetings.

You will build client relationships, digitize files, and help plan client events while gaining exposure to wealth management topics and Capstone projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year or graduate degree with focus in finance, accounting, economics, and/or data science.
• CFP program participation and CFP exam preferred by graduation.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrated leadership in academics or activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a KIS Private Client Advisor to gain hands-on experience.
• Engage in client discovery and financial planning activities including data entry and analysis.
• Observe client meetings and assist with basic administrative tasks.
• Develop client relationships and interpersonal communication skills.
• Digitize client files and verify client email information.
• Manage Salesforce book and assist in planning client events.
• Engage in Key Corp Enterprise learning labs and networking events.
• Collaborate on a Capstone Group Project addressing real-world industry topics.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with KeyBank policies.
