Mission Wealth is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Advisor to help expand our national presence. You’ll be the first contact for qualified prospects generated through our digital marketing efforts, conducting discovery conversations and guiding them through the early journey with our planning-first approach.

You’ll work with our marketing team and wealth advisors to educate prospects, present tailored recommendations, and convert engagements into long-term client relationships,

Formación

• 3+ years in business development or wealth management with financial services experience.
• Proven ability to convert inbound/outbound leads into clients.
• CFP®, Series 65, or equivalent knowledge or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement and sales strategy to respond to qualified inbound leads.
• Coordinate with Wealth Advisors to convert planning engagements into client relationships.
• Maintain a disciplined, CRM-driven sales pipeline and follow-up strategy.
• Support marketing partnerships and contribute to process improvements.
