Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Global Private Bank KYC Data Domain Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of KYC data products across the firm.

You will define data standards, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions, and drive governance, quality, and AI-enabled development while mentoring talent within the team. Collaborating with business, technology, and risk partners, you will ensure regulatory alignment, operational excellence, and scalable data

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years KYC domain experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in Product Management or Data Product leadership.
• Strong fluency in conceptual and logical data modeling.
• Understand the full client lifecycle from lead generation through ongoing relationship management.
• Experience with metadata/lineage/catalog use and data product discoverability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a vision and roadmap for KYC data products.
• Provide thought leadership to adapt data product delivery as AI evolves.
• Collaborate with data architecture to model KYC concepts and relationships.
• Ensure enterprise alignment with data governance and golden data assets.
• Guide data distribution portfolios with SLAs, schemas, and versioning.
• Develop contracts, access patterns, privacy controls, retention, BCBS 239, audit governance.
• Identify data risk and mitigate through lifecycle design for audits.
• Assist audits and resolve data quality issues within KYC domain.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery, managing dependencies and risks.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements within KYC data domains.
• Mentor associates and build capabilities in modeling, product management, governance.
