Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Global Private Bank KYC Data Domain Product Manager to lead vision, roadmap, and execution of KYC data products. You will drive data standards, governance, and AI-enabled development across the data lifecycle, partnering with business, technology, and risk teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

You will mentor teams, define contracts, and ensure data quality and interoperability across domains while guiding cross-functional delivery and audits as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years KYC domain experience with regulatory knowledge.
• 3+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Data Product leadership.
• Strong fluency in conceptual and logical data modeling.
• Understand the full client lifecycle from lead generation through ongoing relationship management.
• Experience with metadata/lineage/catalog use and data product discoverability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a vision and roadmap for KYC data products and data lifecycle governance.
• Provide thought leadership on data delivery, especially as AI reshapes processes and teams.
• Collaborate with data architecture and application teams on modeling direction for KYC domain.
• Ensure enterprise alignment with data authority for golden, sourced, and derived data assets.
• Guide data distribution portfolios, including SLAs, schema/versioning, and deprecation strategies.
• Develop data access/entitlement patterns, privacy/PII controls, retention, BCBS 239, and audit governance.
• Identify data risks and mitigate them across the data lifecycle; support audits.
• Resolve data quality issues and collaborate across domains to fix complex problems.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and sequencing.
