Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year or graduate degree by May 2029 with focus on finance, accounting, economics, or data science.
• Participation in CFP program and completion of CFP exam preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork; minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a KIS Private Client Advisor to gain hands-on experience.
• Assist in client discovery and financial planning activities including data entry and analysis.
• Observe client meetings and assist with basic administrative tasks.
• Develop client relationships and interpersonal communication skills.
• Digitize client files and verify client email information.
• Manage Salesforce book and assist in planning client events.
• Engage in Key Corp Enterprise learning labs and networking events.
• Collaborate on a Capstone Group Project addressing real-world industry topics.
• Perform other duties as assigned; duties may change with notice.
• Comply with KeyBank policies and professional conduct.
