COUNTRY Financial is offering a Wealth Management & Financial Planning Intern role in the United States. You will support high-net-worth client relationships and prospecting, research advanced planning topics, and contribute to enterprise-level projects across the organization.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and communication skills, are open to Finance/Accounting-related majors, and can work full-time hours during late May 2027 to early August 2027, with potential part-time extension

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial concepts such as investment products, insurance, and market trends.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail when working with product data and documentation.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with relationship and prospecting efforts for high-net-worth investment accounts.
• Conduct research on financial planning topics including estate planning, tax strategies, retirement planning, and charitable giving.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and assisting with implementation.
• Work across departments to understand what other areas do and build on personal development.
• Support the team in providing subject matter expertise for enterprise-level project initiatives.
