You’ll apply wealth management knowledge across asset allocation, model management, and trading workflows, while mentoring teammates and shaping best practices.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, problem solving, and the ability to travel 30‑50% across the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience supporting or implementing wealth management solutions within a wealth management firm or software provider.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management industry practices and asset allocation, model management, portfolio construction, and rebalancing.
• Basic SQL and familiarity with relational databases; knowledge of FIX protocol is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Wealth subject‑matter expert in wealth management implementation and upgrade projects.
• Analyze and evaluate requirements, providing product expertise and guidance.
• Ensure solutions meet client business needs and that clients are prepared to operate post go‑live.
• Provide assistance to the Professional Services team and share best practices.
• Contribute to sales presentations and proof‑of‑concept projects to demonstrate CRIMS value.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and advise on best practices for implementation and operations.
• Monitor and identify potential enhancements to Charles River solutions and services.
• Document product improvements for client projects or marketplace trends.
